Data we process
When you submit a quote request, we process the information you provide: name, company, email, phone, country, inquiry type, product or machine details, quantity, destination, delivery time, your message and any file you upload. Server logs and analytics data may also be processed as described below.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to respond to and handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for legitimate business communication and record-keeping (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Analytics is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Email delivery
Confirmation emails to you and notifications to our team are sent through the email service provider Resend. The data required to deliver these emails is processed for that purpose only.
Hosting
This website and its database are hosted on Google Firebase (Google Ireland Ltd.). Quote submissions are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized staff.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics only after you accept analytics in the cookie banner. You can decline at any time, and no analytics cookies are set if you decline. Essential functionality works without analytics.
Retention
We keep inquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request and to meet legal retention obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact info@newtechway.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
